Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Medical Electronics Biomedical / Electronics from recognized Higher Learning Institution and registered with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) or Malaysia Board of Technologies (MBOT).
• Nine (9) years (Diploma) or seven (7) years (Degree) working experience in managing biomedical equipment maintenance services.
• Good organizing, planning and communication skills, computer literate, high critical thinking and problem solving.
• Good leadership and team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all policies and procedures related to BEMS are strictly followed to ensure quality service achieved.
• Manage Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services as per CA, MAP, TRKPI, and HSIP for all branches under his/her responsibility.
• Ensure that the operational and maintenance budget are managed effectively and efficiently
• Establish good working relationship with the end users, attend meetings, timely preparation of HSIP, CA,TA, Incident alert, RIW and update the documents whenever necessary to improve customers’ satisfaction.
• Manage the service in-order to bring the monthly performance and deduction as per KPI.
• Monitor submission of variation order.Adhere to all branch and company’s internal controls, procedures and all external statutory requirements in order to ensure compliance to all requirements.
• Manage and participate all audit related to service and propose corrective and preventive measure for any shortfall in quality.

Requirements

• Degree from recognize Higher Learning Institution or equivalent.
• Five (5) years relevant working experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, a positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation, strong client management skill, interpersonal skill, high critical thinking skills, capable on hands on problem solving, with ability to gene ideas and solution.
• Effective negotiation skills to improve bottom line results.

Responsibilities

• To develop business strategies, policies, operational plans to ensure workable and realistic plan is formulated and including sales matter, according to set targets.
• To develop and practice core business process in measuring, benchmarking for continuous improvement and development.
• To manage corporate creation comprising business performance review, setting business objectives and initiatives and develop company's business plan.
• To collaborate with senior management team in discharging duties.
• To create monthly reporting system, analyze feedback and submit recommendation to management.
• To seek and investigate any new business opportunities in line with company's core activities and present any viable proposals to the Management.
• To collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and improve and enhance service features.
• Defining, follow up and meeting the yearly targets and objectives.
• To assess departmental training needs and ensure team members are abreast with new marketing development and techniques.
• Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of organizational
  development and to ensure they are fully informed of organizational development objectives, purpose and achievements.
• Provide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realization of the job purpose.

Requirements

• Computer literate, good report writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/perform/monitor Internal Operation Audit Programme and prepare Audit Report Summary..
• Assist branch on any MOH Audit Programme and other external BEMS audit.
• Collect data and prepare monthly and yearly BEMS performance Report.
• Monitor the deduction formula implementation and coordinating improvement plan strategies to minimise deductions.
• Prepare failure analysis and proposing corrective actions to address the root causes of frequent failures.
• Monitor and analyse internal / external NCR’s to address the root causes and avoid the re-occurrences by adopting effective corrective actions and ensure NCR closed within specific time.
• Coordination with Zone Manager and Service Centre Manager on all day to day activities in the hospitals for the smooth service provision and customer satisfaction.
• Coordination with CSC Manager to optimize the functions while improving the hospital performance.
• Other day to day job related tasks assigned by OM.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realization of the job purpose.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure all procedures related to (BEMS)are strictly followed to ensure quality service achieved.
• Respond to any (BEMS) work request inclusive after office hours (standby mode) within time frame as stipulated in TRKPI.
• Assess and determine the correct work for the request whether it is a repair work or user application advice needed.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance work as per standard.
• Plan and Carryout Scheduled Maintenance on biomedical equipment according to schedule.
• Supervise work done by vendor and ensure that works is being carried out according to the standard.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.
